If you have a diagnosed scalp or skin condition, are undergoing medical treatment, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns about using a particular ingredient, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use. Slaykesh products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

6. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method. An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
  • Delivery limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

10. Delivery Issues

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs/videos of the package, photographs of the product received, and a description of the issue. We may request additional information or evidence to investigate the issue.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies under our return policy.
